EXHIBIT: Echoes From The Ice – Skaftafell National Park, Iceland – Elegy For A Glacier & Voices From The Melt

Beyond excited to announce that I will be part of the group exhibition Echoes From The Ice which will be at Skaftafell Visitors Center in Vatnajökull National Park in Iceland. The exhibition opened on July 6th, and Elegy For A Glacier will be screened during the duration of the exhibit. I will be on site on August 23 to present and share Voices From The Melt, and I can’t wait to do this with the community there. I will also be taking the time to take time to spend with the local glaciers, filming for With The Meltwaters, So Too We Go as well as capturing footage and photographs, amongst other things for some glacier related projects.

As a collaborator with the more-than-human, her work attempts to transmute their material experiences through archive + art. She is interested in exploring and opening spaces for speculative communications between more-than-human agents + humans as a means of presenting alternative perspectives to anthropocentric histories + imagined futures.
